Danielle Eichner

Junior Board Director

Danielle is currently the art therapist at Advocate Hope Children's Hospital, and is a member of the esteemed childlife team at Hope.

This is the perfect position for Danielle within The Cure It Foundation.  She is well organized, smart and places the cancer patients she cares for above anything else. Additionally, she communicates well with the whole team, but especially with patients and their families as they are coping with their illness.  Danielle's goal is to empower the Junior board and allow them to influence the success of Cure It.

Furthermore, Danielle is an acute leukemia (ALL) survivor herself and has been involved in other organizations and camps across the country.

Kyle, a leukemia fighter, wants this opportunity to give back to the cancer community.

Kyle Krawiec

Junior Board Member

We welcome Kyle onto the Junior Board with open arms. Kyle is currently battling leukemia and he exemplifies the positive power that the diagnosis of cancer has on our  kids. He has grown significantly since we originally met him and is now one of the most mature and uplifting kids on the Cure It team.

Kyle's wants to be a part of the team so he can "provide a different perspective on how to spend funds and plan events to help raise money for cancer research."  He feels  that this is an opportunity for him to give back to the community.

Junior Board Members

Amanda and Taylor have been very active within the organization for over a year now.  They started raising money for kids fighting cancer last spring & summer by selling lemonade outside of the grocery store.  Their energy and outgoing personalities fit perfectly with the Cure It team and we are excited to have them on board.

Amanda is looking forward to sharing her ideas, but ultimately wants to find a cure for childhood cancer.

Taylor has been touched by cancer as her sister is a survivor of Hodgkin's lymphoma.  She loves to help people and is excited to plan events and fundraisers.

Alex Middleton

Junior Board Member

Alex joins the Cure It Foundatoin's junior board as a survivor of ewing's sarcoma. He was known to keep himself busy while in the hospital by playing a multitude of interactive video games with friends all over the southside.

Alex looks forward to helping other kids and families as they battle and hopefully beat cancer.  He is taking this opportunity to further help our kids in ways that he may have benefited from when he was going through treatment.

Tamauri Clausell

Junior Board Member - Alumni

It was an honor to have Tamauri on the Cure It Foundatoin Junior Board.  As a rhabdomyosarcoma fighter and maturing teenager, Tamauri brought honesty and dedication  to the board which is sure to shape the goals of our current members.

She joined the team to "try new things" and "make new friends".  During her brief tenure on the board, she accomplished both and will always have a place in the Cure It family.
